    Long back I used to have infolinks on my blog. I also did try to have the amazon book links. But I found these hindered the reading of the post so I abandoned them. Is it right that a page should not have more than 100 links?

    But I guess ThirstyAffiliate links are different. With link cloaking, categoriazation and built-in shortcodes, this sounds a good deal. Thank you. :)

      You see, with ThirstyAffiliate, you really do have full control over the links you get on your page. You also set the number of links you want per page and you decide which product to promote. It’s quite flexible.

      I have seen infolinks on some blogs but didn’t like the pop ups so I never desired to try it. I never used Amazon book links either. I may one day try it but that’s not coming up yet in my mind

    So I have a questions about the links it pulls and I don’t think I read it here so forgive me if for some reason I totally missed that.

    You said that this plug-in pulls in the affiliate products for the keywords based text links you tell it so my question is, do you get to pick the products it promotes? You know how we all feel about promoting products we’re not familiar with or have not used.

    Now I liked the example you gave for CommentLuv so I’m assuming you can chose the products to promote right! Now that wouldn’t be a bad thing although I think most people should be doing this already when promoting products. I guess this plug-in just makes it easier for them?

      Yes, you get to pick the product it promotes. It doesn’t work like infolink or something that scans your text and decides what to link you. From its dashboard, you actually create the link (Keyword, affliate link, number of times to link on a page, etc)

      I mentioned the 5 ways to make this product convert well and one of the ways is to promote a product you have used.

      What this plugin does is make management of affiliate links very easy. Now, each time I mention the word ‘commentluv’ in any of my articles (henceforth), the plugin will automatically convert it to an affiliate link. I will not have to manually link it again. Same thing goes for the word ‘SEO’, ‘search engine’, etc. These will all be automatically converted to affiliate links.

      What makes it better is the fact that you can group many keywords to be linked to one product. Each time a keyword in the group is mentioned, it becomes an affiliate link.

      One need feature of the plugin is the ability to set the number of links on a page for a particular keyword. For instance, if the word ‘commentluv’ appears 10 times in an article, it’s not going to be linked 10 times. In the settings page, you can ask it to link 2 or 3 times and ignore the rest.
